A student has joined articleship in a
firm not knowing how it is as he was
tired of searching. The CA firm made
him fill up firms on the 2nd day. Now
he knows that the firm is not good
for him but the articleship firms have
been signed and kept along with DD
by the CA firm but haven't yet been
submitted to ICAI. He also knows
telling CA that he won't work there
would do nothing rather could create
problem for him in later days. Also
tranfer is not allowed from there.
Now what best can he do to escape
from the firm keeping in mind the
firms have been kept by the CA firm
but haven't been submitted to ICAI
by the CA firm. Can cancelling the
DD would help or what would be the
way out? Can you please help on
this?

How can we get more knowledge in the period of articleship

plz help me how i can get good marks in auditing and assurance each held in Nov 2014 in one month

i am pursuing my 2 nd year of articleship trainig in paschim vihar new delhi and i am residing at vikaspuri new delhi my father has changed the job to palwal haryana which is around 70 kms and i want to take transfer but i am getting transfer at faridabad firm which is around 40 kms away from my current office.
i want to knoe that criteria of 50 kms is for the new residing address or for new office.

In a block of assets an asset is sold for Rs.2000 whose WDV is Rs.1000 and the block was still existed and profit of Rs.1000 is recognised in P&L. should we less profit of Rs.1000 in computation statement?

Sir, I have passed Gr.1 of IPCC in may, 2014.
Can I join articles after appearing for Gr.2 in Nov, 2014? Should I register myself before 30th Oct and join after Nov attempt ?

respected sir, i have cleared my ipcc both groups, and my ca final attempt is in may 16 , i want to start my preprationfor ca final now , but due to some humours i m confused , i have heard that syllabus is going to change in 2016, so wat should i do, n which subjects should i start first . please help me

i registered for ipcc by 01-02-2010...so my 4years gets over...i have doubt whether i should just send revalidation form or i should take DD of 400 and send...becoz it is given that who have registered before 31st dec 2009 should send revalidation form before 31st dec 2013 without any fee...i registered in 2010 so it means that i no need to pay fee n just send revalidation form??

I am taking articleship in CA firm from oct'14 as under DES requre before aprearing for IPCC, my q is does only 9 months will count as articlship or it will continues even if i didnt clear IPCC any group and after IPCC remaining 2.5 yrs will count.
