what is the difference between date of furnishing of audit report and date of audit report? Date of statutory audit report is 25-08-2014 and date of tax audit is 17-09-2014..so what dates to be given for the above question?

date of audit report is what is the date of audit report(manual form) which is given to client.
date of furnishing audit report is on what date you are uploading the tax audit report in efiling website
