Form 103 and 109

30 September 2014 I am chnging my firm, if I submit my 109 and 103 aftr 1 month, can it cause any prob in re registration. Kindly tell me abt 103 form delay in submission, will it increase my articlship period

01 October 2014 yes. if there is a gap between the Form 109 and 103 dates, it will increase your extension period

01 October 2014 it doesnt mean extension.

For eg; let say you start your articleship on 1 January 2011. So the finish date is 31 December 2014. Now if you take transfer on 1 March 2011 and then rejoin on 30 April 2011. In this case your articleship completion will shift to 30 January 2014. thats it.
