Hi,

I have a query relating to the submission of Form 104 for beginning my Industrial training. The ICAI website says that an agreement needs to be executed between the student and the company or a stamp of the requisite value needs to be affixed on Form 104 before submitting it to ICAI. Can someone please elaborate what is the procedure for this. Is an agreement mandatory? If yes, what should the agreement say and what value of stamp paper should it be executed on? If I affix a stamp only (and don't execute the agreement) would that suffice? In that case, what should be the value of the stamp which needs to be affixed on Form 104?

Any help on this would be really appreciated as I need to initiate my industrial training within 1-2 days.

this is to inform you that i cleared both group of ipcc. i had already sent my articleship form.later on i came to know that i should also register for CA FINAL now, as i cleared both groups of ipcc together.
so what should i do now,should i wait for the letter of ICAI asking my registration form,or i should register myself now.please tell me detailed procedure.

WHICH ARE SUBJECTS IN CA FINAL WHERE THERE ARE NO CHANGES OR NOTIFICATIONS SO THAT WE CAN START THE PREPARATION FOR THAT SUBJECT.

hello everyone. hi I am go in for final ca attempt for nov14 . I cleared my pe2 in nov06 in first attempt. afterwhich I started working wid Hdfc bank due to financial problem in my family. now m married n have a 2 yr old kid n continue my studies n doing articleship n will b appearing for final attempt in nov14 . I just want all of urs best wishes n prayers n suggestions dat even after marriage n having kid I can complete my CA. I am preparing for my exams very hard. N feels dat god created obstacles in life for making me more strong n determined for my ambition. he is testing me n I want yo clear did test. pls guysss suggest me tell me if I can do it.....waiting for all of ur suggestions..

I have completed 2 months of my articleship.I asked my principle for transfer but he says i can give you termination not transfer.
What is differnce between these two.
My CA final attempt is due in may 2017.If he TERMINATE me then would it be shift to nov 2017.
When i have to re register for articleship.

Does TERMINATION means and of your CA CARRIER.

I ckeared my grp 1 of ipcc and joined articleship n oct last yr, thereafter in nov I cleared my grp 2. Whn is it mandatory for me to register for final, I have not yet registered. Will there be any repercussions

my articleship competed on 22nd august 2014 so i submitted the completion form 108. After few days i got letter from icai that i have to serve another 22 days. Then i realize that i had made mistake in calculating number of leaves taken. While serving at my first CA i had taken 26days leaves which i also mention in transfer form and the same days of leaves also counted in completion form 108. please give me solution as early as possible whether i can revised form 108 or not?
