I am doing my article training currently.
My CA behavior is very ugly, he use abusive word to all articles and threaten to us by saying that he will complain to ICAI, if we will not support to his work. Every article in our office is in tension.

Sometimes they don't pay the salary to paid employees.

is there anything can we do against it?

Please can anyone help me in getting correct syllabus for MAY 2015 IPCC , (ALL THE AMENDMENTS) THANKS

9 months articleship is require to complete before submitting IPC exam Form or just before appearning for IPC exam
e.g if i am completing my 9 months by April end, am i eligible for May month IPC attempt..

I have 2 queries :-
I registered for IPCC under direct entry scheme on july 10 2014. I got SRO number on september. Last week i completed orientation class. From 15th ITT class starts. May be it will complete on 15th jan 2015. They issue ITT certificate after one week or 15 days.
But, from july am working under Chartered accountant. So now
1.From which date i need to registered for article???
2.If i registered on Feb 1 can i write exam on Nov 2015???
Kindly help me out from this.

Hello to all

I am thinking about going for industrial training in the third year of articleship (preferably in Delhi).

I searched on ICAI site and google regarding same. And I found that ICAI issues list of companies where one can go for Ind. Training. or the company should meet any three of the conditions related to their annual turnover , fixed assets and paid up share capital.

But I need some guidance about how to apply for Industrial Training (like where to post resumes) and what other things should I keep in mind (like giving 3 months prior notice to existing employer)?

sir? can any1 help me out in knwing whch place to prefer for IT/OT training in Mumbai ?...n m not hving mah CPT original result n online result is lost....can i apply without CPT result olso for IT/OT training....its mah 2nd attempt i aint applied for it in 1st attempt can i now go for it with same registered CRO ?

As per ICAI an article student gets a leave of 1/6th period , So please let me know how to calculate the 1/6th period.

I joined in articles in Oct 2012 and Till today my leaves all together are 25days.

so please let me know for how many days I am eligible for final preparation leave.


Doubt: During preparation leave,, is public holidays and sunday calculated?

Please let me know about leave as soon as possible.

hello sir/mam, my ca final exams will be in november 2016.. so i was thinking to start ISCA subject so can you pls suggest me the book which has practice manual languge, so that when i start reading Practice manual it will makes me fill comfortable...!! or is there any change possible in ISCA course upto nov. 2016???
