maximum limit of leave in articalship period? and what will happen if cross the limit

The maximum leaves allowed are 1/6 of the total period served less leaves availed.
Formula:
(Total Period Served - Leave Availed)/6
If the leaves actually availed exceed the eligible leaves calculated above then you will have to serve the balance period as an article.
