One of my friend has taken transfer from his principle after serving for 6 months .
Then due to some uncontrollable circumstances he had to take transfer. But there has been a delay in registration of transfer due to which many say that his CA FINAL Exam Attempt will be delayed.
Is it So?
Please reply I m totally confused as well as my friend.

AS PER ICAI INSTRUCTION PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED STUDENTS HAVING DISABILITY MORE THAN 50% DISABILITY ARE EXEMPT TO ATTEND GMCS CLASSES &PAY FOR SUCH CLASSES.
IF ANY PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED STUDENT WANTS TO ATTEND CLASS,CAN THEY DO SO,IF THEY OPT FOR ATTENDING CLASSES,WHETHER THEY HAVE TO PAY FEES FOR SUCH COURSE.I AM NOT ABLE TO FIND THE RESPONSE OF SUCH QUERY,PLEASE SORT OUT MY QUERY.

i have cleared my CPT exam in 2011 & did my ipcc (old) registration in august 2011. but till date i didn't clear any of my ipcc group. also i completed my graduation in 2010 with 66%.

now i want to switch over to Direct entry system.

does i need to registered myself again for ipcc?
or i just need to pay conversion fees?

I have completed my article ship on 21 Nov 2014; I have being in this firm since 3 years and not taken excess leaves also--- but my principal is not signing the form only because he wants me to work for him 2 more months- but I don't want to- I am frustrated and unhappy what to do??? please I want some helping suggestions

Hello, I have finished my articleship on 18.11.2014 and have 36 days extension period. today I am filling form 107 for extension by franking it. so while considering the 36 days time period what would b d date of commencement of the said extension period either 19.11.14 or today i.e. 4.12.14 ?? I am currently serving my last year of articleship. My articleship is due for completion on 26/2/2015. But I have excess leaves of around 90 days for which I will have to serve an extension.

I have already given Group 1 of CA Final in Nov 14 and I am planning to give the second group in May 15.

Do I have to serve my extension in the same old firm or can I do it in a new firm?
What is the procedure? Do a form 109 is to filled and approval of Institute is to be obtained by me to serve extension in new firm OR I can start serving extension in new firm by filling 102/103?

I want to take a gap and serve an extension in a new firm and not my old firm after appearing for my exams in May 2015. Is taking such gap allowed?

Do I have to serve my extension immediately after completion (ie immediately after 26/2/15) or I can start serving my extension after appearing for my CA Exams in May 2015? Will my decision of taking such gap affect my CA final group 2 attempt in May 15?

Will my attempt in May 15 get delayed because of such gap?

Many people say that the exam form can be signed by an employer only. So I cannot take such a gap.
