04 December 2014 As per ICAI an article student gets a leave of 1/6th period , So please let me know how to calculate the 1/6th period.

I joined in articles in Oct 2012 and Till today my leaves all together are 25days.

so please let me know for how many days I am eligible for final preparation leave.

Doubt: During preparation leave,, is public holidays and sunday calculated?

Please let me know about leave as soon as possible.

06 December 2014 Use the following formula to calculate the eligible leaves:

(Total period served - Leaves availed)/6

During the leaves pubic holidays & Sundays will be counted as leaves.
