In a Private Limited company, Under what circumstances can one revise the financial statements after they are audited and AGM is also been held and they are submitted to some other stakeholders.

If not after AGM can one revise it if AGM is not yet held, however the due for AGM has passed.

In form 103 (articleship registration)in case there are more than one previous employer. Then how to fill the details regarding article service under previous employers, whether details of both the employers are required to be submitted or only latest one.. and in case both how to fit it in the space provided...??? please guide

Is there any change of CA final audit syllabus due to conpanies act 2013 for may 15?

I had submitted form 102 AND 103 on 30th January,2014 for registration of Articleship at Ahmedabad Branch. I received confirmation message on my no., on 18th Feb, 2014 that my form has been received by ICAI.
My name is listed under Article’s list in My principal’s member records data. However, my principal has not received the registration letter of the same. Neither I have received the Articleship card or any confirmation letter for the same. I have called on 1800 200 2501, but the number is constant busy. I have been trying on 022 3367 1400 since many days, but no one is responding properly. Everyone is just transferring the call without listening my whole query. I have also mailed on geeta@icai.in, wirc@icai.org, jorapur@icai.in But no response is received.
KINDLY, HELP FOR THE SAME.

sir , actually problem is that I was FORGET TO MENTION/FILL my QUESTION PAPER CODE and QUESTIONS BOOKLET NUMBER on my OMR ANSWERSHEET in TAX LAW PAPER which held on 23rd DECEMBER 2014 CS EXECUTIVE programme so now can guide me what further I do , AND what was the chances available for me ?
