I read articles from ICAI Website and read content from articleship training book published by ICAI but there is a mismatch in rules. So kindly answer my following question to make me confirmed-

-What is maximum period for secondment ?

I am CA student doing articleship under a chartered accountant. My principle dealing with bank audits only. Inorder to get exposure in taxation, company audits etc i am looking for secondment articleship with the permission of my principle. For these i approached a CA who is already having 10 article clerck ( maximum limit ) Can he accomodate me as an assistant? in other words while counting the nomber of article clercks, the seconded article will consider or not????

I m an artcld assistant since march 2013 since dn i m suffrng frm TB. I recently had a nose surgry too. Nw i want to knw whthr i can take transfr or nt on dis basis "widout xtnsion of my attmpt".

what are the consequences of not doing GMCS-1 with in one year from date of articleship ? what to do if not completed GMCS-1 with in one year ?

Hi..I am Gaurav Sharma, My Quarry is I have registered for CPT Examination on 13/12/2014 but I Knew Later on that i am Exempted from CPT exam because i have scored more than 55% in B.Com Degree, So I want to Know Can this CPT registration fees i.e. Rs.6400 will adjust with IPCC Registration Fee if i will register to Direct IPCC Registration, Please help me and revert me if this is Possible.

dear sir. pls help me. whether shall i get job after cs executive . my family financial condition is weak.

i have doubt on that. in first business year one of our client doing export as well as local service but export service amt rs 800000/- and local service around 300000/- in this aboue case service tax payment is necessery after adjosting 10L basic exemption or exempted service not included in the above calculation

which group to be written first if we are ca finals groupwise group 2 or group 1?
