I m an artcld assistant since march 2013 since dn i m suffrng frm TB. I recently had a nose surgry too. Nw i want to knw whthr i can take transfr or nt on dis basis "widout xtnsion of my attmpt".
I hav all d medical certificates. I hav my ca final attmpt in nov 2015. And will i get benefit of leaves for d same...pls rply ASAP..

yes , u need to first write a letter to icai mentioning this ground for transfer and also send them all the evidence you have in this regard but this letter must be signed by your current ca.
only when icai allows you in writing then u need to file form 109 for transfer.
