i have doubt on that.
in first business year one of our client doing export as well as local service but export service amt rs 800000/- and local service around 300000/- in this aboue case service tax payment is necessery after adjosting 10L basic exemption or exempted service not included in the above calculation

Only taxable service is to be included in the above calculation.

For claiming threshold limit of 10 lacs under notification 33/2012 dated 20th June 2012, then export services will not be included
