Dear sir/ma'am,

I have completed my articleship with extention. But my principal is not signing my forms (108, 107 and again final 108).

Now cannot even submit form 119 as it has to be submitted within 15days of completion of articleship which have already expired.

Complaining with Icai also doesn't sound a good option as they always support their members.

Are there any other options I can use to get out of this trouble.

My Query is if i am earning salary is Rs. 8,50,000/- P.A. and having side business of consultancy in Software Services gross receipts of Rs. 7,60,000/-. 1)My Question is i am liable to services tax registration ?.

If i am liable for service tax registration than on which part i have to pay services tax Salary + Consultancy or only on consultancy? .

I have completed my articleship on 09/02/2015 and i have submitted the relevant documents to the institute but they sent me a letter that you are 5 days short in training period. After my completion I took leave to prepare for my CA final exams and as my exams are completed on 17/05/2015. now what to do how to show these 5 days completion please guide me.

sir though i know the whole concept of the answer but still i have written the related provision of the answer in a very lengthy manner due to my inadequate practice in writing and speaking english will they atleast give 50% of the marks ?AND I have not mentioned section number sir...

I've cleared my Ist group of CA final in Nov 2014, gave IInd group in May,2015.I m thinking of pursuing SAP-fico(financial accounting).I wanted to know views about it. Is the fee justified? Are there any other certification courses which i should try out? Thanks

I have joined Ca under the direct entry scheme and completed 1 year and 8 months of articleship in Bangalore. I have written my first attempt of IPCC in May 15.

My parents are shifting to another city, both are not working, hence I will not have the proof of transfer.

How should I go about the transfer? Is it possible that any CA will register me under him/her for the balance of 1year and 4 months?

whether nine months practical training period includes ITT and Orientation Course periods ? and whether ITT and orientation course have to be completed at once on registration of articleship or at any time before sitting for IPC Exam?
