On filing 108 , query raised by institute

20 May 2015 I have received letter from institute on filing 108. It mentions that I have to file fresh 108 due to this query- following particulars are found t have been omitted/not complied with- "other activities are pending cannot terminate- permission to study." I am also pursuing M.com which I recently completed. results are pending. is this query related to that? I nowhere found in form 108 about the details of other activities. What shall I do?
