For acquiring completion certificate

20 May 2015 Dear sir/ma'am,

I have completed my articleship with extention. But my principal is not signing my forms (108, 107 and again final 108).

Now cannot even submit form 119 as it has to be submitted within 15days of completion of articleship which have already expired.

Complaining with Icai also doesn't sound a good option as they always support their members.

Are there any other options I can use to get out of this trouble.

Please help.

17 July 2015 ask him politely for signing else ask your parents to intervene but do not compalain to icai as u rightly said they will mosly support ca
