I'm NIRDESH SINGH from Jaipur. I'm writing this post to get some advice/suggestion or whatever that is called. I took my CA FINAL attempt in NOVEMBER 2018, after which I gave up and started my own company, based in LUCKNOW. Now, after almost 3 years, I've decided to re-start my CA FINAL preparation. But I'm feeling low as there has been a gap and I don't know from where to start over!! And I'm feeling like I've lost grip over my basics. So, please suggest to me how should I start, what or which group should I go to first, etc. As, after reading this, you have understood that I'm in a full-time job and it'll not be so easy for me to spend the amount of time I could've spared if I was preparing without any job.
So, I request you to please suggest to me some remedies, teachers from whom I should pursue my classes (pen drive only). And most importantly, how should I revalidate my CA FINAL registration as it has expired, and after revalidating, will I be getting registered for the new course or apply fresh to convert my registration to a new course? Hope to hear wise words and suggestions from you all.

And applied for soft copy of answer sheet under RTI act.

I have applied on 5th April 2021..And still I have not received my answer sheet copy...
It's more than 30 days so what I have to do now?
Guide me as soon as possible so I can take further steps to get my ans sheet.

I would like to clarify the following
If anyone got the registration and doing the business of trading (in Tamil Nadu )with turnover less than Rs 40 Lakh is eligible claim the exemption . i.e. Whether he can sell the goods without collecting tax even he purchased with Tax ? Further he can claim the exemption while filing his GST Returns.

I was student of Regular course Bcom that got completed in March 2018. The college was relaxed about attendance. I did my articleship from Mumbai which got started in 2017. My articleship was duly registered by Institute. Now after completion of CA Final, while applying for membership, in order to update my qualification details i edited my profile and ssp portal is now stuck and asking me for Form 112.
There is no option on SSP portal to delete the profile edit form. Even if a fill Form 112, they will question me about how can i pursue regular course from a different city which is different from city in which articleship got completed

Hello Everyone,
I have just completed my second group of IPCC and now I am planning to give my final first group exams in Nov 21. But the problem is i have taken too many leaves during my articleship due to some health problems. Actually the thing is my articleship tenure is from 22nd May 2016 to 23rd May ,2019 and during this tenure i took approx 1.2 year leave and i filled my completion form on 2nd Feb,2020 with late fees. and now my articleship portal's status shows Total leaves 476 days and excess period to be served 418 Days.
So should I had to serve my extension immediately after submission of my completion form (ie immediately after 2nd feb,2020) or I can still start serving my extension ? is there any time limit for serving extension?
And Why is this difference between total leaves and excess leaves to be served ? is this exemption is because of allowed exam leaves?

I know my case is complete mess! but please guide me what should i do now?
And What can i do now to be eligible for my final exams as soon as possible.
