Respected Experts,
I am cs professional qualified and doing my practical training under a PCS firm in Hyderabad. Along with corporate laws i am interested to make my command on taxation part so that i can do practice in it also. Kindly guide me in this regard.
Are the Certificate courses conducted by ICSI beneficial such as certificate course in GST, FEMA etc., in such courses do they also tell how to file different forms under GST , FEMA ?

It is good to know your interest in taxation field. I myself is a practicing CS (FCS) and an advocate practicing in GST and income tax law since 2010. You can definitely set up your practice in this field. GST offers various opportunities for you in consultancy and return filing and also appearing before GST authorities as a GST practitioner based on your CS qualification (once you qualify as a CS). For this prepare yourself well by either self study of law or by joining some good course on GST including course on partical aspects of GST return filing. You should also subscribe to some good GST library online or subscribe to GST magazine or newsletter.

Sir I am a young man of 38 years of age & cleared CS professional exams in December 2020. Now I am doing practical training under a PCS firm. Kindly let me know how to establish my career in CS field at this age?
