Sir what are the necessary documents required for termination of Articleship by a student who opt the reason "student joining for employment " is NOC of principal is a mandatory document. I filled form 109 without attaching the noc of principal and regional office rejected my application. Is Absence of noc is the reason for rejection.

I have made Direct entry provisional registration for CA intermediate. I have just got my last sem results but getting the original marks card will take more than 6 months can I convert my provisional registration to permanent registration by uploading last semester marks sheet attested by CA or principal and later upload the original marks card whenever I get it. And wanted to know whether I can start my articleship with last sem attested marks sheet or should I upload the original marks card to start articleship.

I cleared CS Executive in 2012 but never attempted CS Professional despite registering for it. I am somewhat made my mind now to at least attempt now. Need help to understand if I can get any self paced classes which I can do do at my convenience.

Most importantly if anybody can guide me on whether I should go for new syllabus or the old one...

Due to some unavoidable reasons I did not submit my articleship registration form on time, it was 1 year late and I uploaded all the documents asked by icai ....it's been more than 20 days since my submission ....and now on SSP portal it's showing ur form has been sent to competent authority for approval...can anyone please tell me what does this mean?
