I took transfer in my 1st year of my artickeship from WIRC to EIRC 4 months ago due to certain reasons and submitted the docs that is 103 form and all that at EIRC . But i didnt see any confirmation of tranfer either through letter or at icai site . I asked the queries at e-sahaayata , they replid that "we didn't recevied you file from WIRC . what doesit means ? please solve my problem.

What is the procedure to submit form 109? and how many of copies should I submit? How can I fill my practical experience in a terms of week? if we are service provider and we come under reverse charge and we bill without service tax charging with the notification of reverse charges to client and client says, they don't want to take registration in service tax department and they don't want to deposit the service tax from their end. so what should we to do in the case.

can we deposit the tax on behalf of our client.....is it correct.....??????

Which Course (GMCS - I or GMCS - II) is applicable to me..??

There is no other option i.e old GMCS course on the Online registration portal.

i have registered under direct entry scheme, so when i can register for article ship training ? is it compulsory to complete itt and op before articleship registration.

I have not received the certified copies of my answer books till now. I applied for the same online on 26th july,2015. I called the exam centre noida and the response was that my application was under process, as shown on the online portal.How long should i wait now?? Is there anyone else too who have not received their copies??

sir actually I am registered in delhi but doing training in my local city, but i face the problem that with my Training i am not able to start up the final course, I tried from feb but till that time i am not able,my final exam is in may 2017 & my family advice me that you should live the training and concentrate on your study first and clear your final exam and after that job in Delhi in any firm for learning, is this decision will be right or wrong, plz advice me

i had started my articleship from 26th april 2014. my principal had full time cop and i am only article which is registered under him. Due to non payment of cop fees his cop has canceled with effect from 1st oct. 2014. and i am unknown from all this facts. now my principal restore his cop from 9 th sep 2015. will my articleship of this period i.e. oct 1 2014 to sep 9 2015 be counted ?
if not what should i do???
