What is the significance of filling out & posting Form 119 along with Form 108?
Is it compulsory to post Form 119?
How many copies of Form 108 are to be printed & signed ?

26 September 2015 I hadn't ever filled form 119.. it is just to req the principal to issue certificate of service...

so mah principal hadn't asked me about this

26 September 2015 It is the requisition by the Articled clerk to his/her principal. In most of the cases it is presumed to have been requested by the Articled Clerk VERBALLY.
It is good governance practice to give form 119 to the principal.
