26 September 2015 Hi Sir,

I have heard that before sending 109 to institute we need to get approval from institute.

For that me and my principle should write a letter to ICAI institute.

Please tell me whether my principle should write letter to institue on letter head of firm or on plain paper is enough??

26 September 2015 yes, you are right. For transfer in second year, write a letter to ICAI and seek its permission. This letter is to be sent and signed by the articled and not the Principal. The principal may endorse this letter by saying " No objection"

26 September 2015 No objection letter by principle should be on firms letter head?? Plain paper is enough??

26 September 2015 he can sign on the same piece of paper on which you are asking for permission of ICAI
