How to write condonation of delay letter for form 108 ?

I am student of Final CA (Old Course).I have given attempt after long time in Dec21 for Group 2 (Group 1 passed in 2014). I want to do GMCS course in old course there was one facility that student can do GMCS course after final exam so is this facility applicable to me now? I request you to please give me proper information about GMCS course as which course is applicable to me? How to register for the course? Fees? Duration?
As I am tried helpline 012-3045915 but this line is busy.

Sir, I would like to clarify some doubts regarding GST exemption i.e.Is it required to register with GST in case auditors having total turnover more than 20 Lakh including Professional Fee & Agricultural Income or Agri Income need not be considered while determine the threshold limit for registration of GST? For Ex: In case Professional Turnover 18 lakh & Yurnover on Agri Activities is Rs.30 lakh .Then GST registration is mandatory & Collect & pay the GST on professional Fee in this scenario ?

I request anybody can help regarding this issue.

Since i have started to take secondment in another CA during the last year of articleship period and i have tried many times to submit the Form 106 (Secondment form) through SSP portal and i couldn't make submission due to technical issues.

Now my articleship period has competed and applied for 108 form and submitted to my primary principal CA for signatory and he is not ready to sign because of Non-submission of 106 form.

Again i'm trying to upload the form 106 and getting an "error Please select date of commencement of Assignment within 30 days from system date".

Please give me suggestion or resolve the issue, Thanks in advance

I would like to clarify the following doubt
1.Whether is it necessary to file the annual return upto the date of closure of financial year in which the company wants to strike off U/s 248(2)?

or Just it is enough to file the annual return till the end date of the financial year in which it is ceased to carry its business operations

For Ex. M/s ABC Pvt Ltd ceased its business in Mar.2015 and filed the annual return upto 31.3.2015 but therafter it has nor filed any annual returns neither close the company and Now whether it can file strike off forms under section 248(2) without filing the Annual return for F Y 16-17 to F Y 20-21?
2. In case a company did not start even not open the bank account from the date of incorporation in Dec.2018 is required to file the annual return before the closure i.e. Filing the necessary forms U/s 248 (2) if the strike off forms to be filed in Dec.2021?

Actually I fill the form 102 but there is a difference between date of commencement and deed date so can i delete the form and take a new form of 102.

How to edit form 112 in ssp portal?

My articleship registration approval is still pending with RO beacause of form 112 .

Is there any option to edit the form 112 ?
Or any option to delete my application and begin with another !?
