Articleship discontinue query

01 January 2022 Sir /madam.Actually i registered my articleship on 11th march 2020 .but I actually started my articleship on Feb 9th 2021.i actually served only 11months.Now I want to discontinue ca course due to financial problems.But my principal is not signing form 109.so please help me with your knowledge in this regard.

01 January 2022 Thank you sir.But isn't it compulsory to get the sign of my principal on form 109?will that effect my ca inter which was already completed? I'm pretty sure I don't want continue CA ,but I want ca inter certificate.plese share your advice and knowledge sir.

02 January 2022 If not possible leve it, it will not affect your CA inter certificate already cleared.
But threaten him that you will make a complaint with institute he will sign the form. If he is not signing make a complaint.
