Conversion from Old to New will be automatic or i have to do it manual from self service portal by paying fees?

I would like to clarify the following doubt on CSR
1.Whether section 8 Company voluntarily can file CSR 1 even though it has not fulfilled the condition mentioned in Section 135?
2.Whether Section 8 Company can get money from any eligible company for CSR activities and spend the amount on behalf of the company ? or
The company (Which one has Rs.1000 Crore T.O/Rs.500 Cr Net Worth or 5 Cr. Net Profit ) only can form the committee and spend the amount for the specified activities

3.What are the forms has to be filed for CSR Compliance & what are the documents have to attached with those forms?

Dear Sir,
I was registered for the CA Final Course under the old course (my registration date was valid up to 19 Feb 2021). And now as the tenure of old course is up and students are mandatorily required by the Institute to be registered under the new course. What are the procedures to be followed to appear for the upcoming exam under the new course? And also what are the fees required to be submitted (my registration under the old course was also out of validity)?
I am presently in Nepal (Kathmandu), am I required to be physically present or can it be done remotely through the site portal?

How to write condonation of delay letter for form 108 ?

I am student of Final CA (Old Course).I have given attempt after long time in Dec21 for Group 2 (Group 1 passed in 2014). I want to do GMCS course in old course there was one facility that student can do GMCS course after final exam so is this facility applicable to me now? I request you to please give me proper information about GMCS course as which course is applicable to me? How to register for the course? Fees? Duration?

Sir, I would like to clarify some doubts regarding GST exemption i.e.Is it required to register with GST in case auditors having total turnover more than 20 Lakh including Professional Fee & Agricultural Income or Agri Income need not be considered while determine the threshold limit for registration of GST? For Ex: In case Professional Turnover 18 lakh & Yurnover on Agri Activities is Rs.30 lakh .Then GST registration is mandatory & Collect & pay the GST on professional Fee in this scenario ?

I request anybody can help regarding this issue.

Since i have started to take secondment in another CA during the last year of articleship period and i have tried many times to submit the Form 106 (Secondment form) through SSP portal and i couldn't make submission due to technical issues.

Now my articleship period has competed and applied for 108 form and submitted to my primary principal CA for signatory and he is not ready to sign because of Non-submission of 106 form.

Again i'm trying to upload the form 106 and getting an "error Please select date of commencement of Assignment within 30 days from system date".

Please give me suggestion or resolve the issue, Thanks in advance
