I have cleared my PE II in Nov.07 & my articles started from March08. I am pursuing M.com course through correspondence & my exam is in May08. The problem is that I have also register with CS Institute in Nov07 for my Inter & my 1st attempt is in Dec08. So is it possible that 1st to fill the form 112 for M.com & then after my M. Com results again fill the Form 112 for my CS attempt. Is it possible? Please help me.

if a student is persuing both articleship and regular college with out intimating icai about the graduation cource earliar, will he be fill up form 112 now as amended by icai w.e.f. 1 4 2008, indicating the regular status of the cource besides the articleship, or can continue to do nothing as earliar, persuing both cources without intimating both icai and the university........

As of now i want to Switch to New Syllabus and want to write
Executive Program(both modules) in Dec 2008. so please Clarify me on the following Qureys

1.What is the last date for conversion into new syllabus and required Fees ,Form and study material

2.How many testpapers to be written(For Postal coaching) for appearing both modules in dec 2008
and what is the last date for submission

as amended by icai recently on timings of articleship and requiring form 112 to be submitted even when the regular cource has been started earliar, what kind of details will be required to fill in form 112 for a student if he has done concurrently both graduation regularly and articleship, in case if NOW he wants to shift to correspondence cource from regular with articleship???
