Hello all, I just got the news that the karnataka state goes for poll on 10th May 08.The last paper for CA Final exam in on 10th May 08.Is there a chance for postponement of the last paper?

ABC ltd having business of Timber. When he purchase timber party recover TCS on sale value +VAT=Total Sale +TCS

but ABC Ltd sells timber he raise the bill , sale value +VAT, and TCS on Sale Value= Total Sale

so, please help me that TCS should be recover on sale value +VAT or TCS on Sale value

please help me.

sir, on 15-3-07 I had joined my articleship & take transfer on 11-9-07 & I have taken 100 days of excess leave. then i have joined another firm on 15.10.07 & continues smoothly. as per the requierment of ICAI rule can I appear PCE NOV 2008 Exam.
