I have cleared PEII GroupI in November 2007. I am going to appear Group II in May 2008.

This the last attempt in PE II course.What happens if I do not clear Group II this time? Whether I trfd to PCC?

I was advised to refer Pattabhiram Mafa book by experts on this site.Thanks to all of them, I am finding this book extremely easy compared to one by Khan & Jain.But Pattbhiram's book is not dealing with topics like Money market, Indian Stock Markets(theory),Business valuation. Does it mean these topics are irrelavant for exam.And also the contents of mutual funds in this book are different from those in study material/Khan &Jain. The chapter on derivatives cover more concepts than Study Material. Revising all books & also irrelavant topics(for exam) poses problem since time is short. Please guide me.

I HAVE APPERED IN CA INTER 1 GROUP IN NOV 2002 AND CLEARED IN JAN 2003 ONLY 1 GROUP IN OLD SYLLABUS INTER.AFTER THAT DUE TO UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES I HAVE NEVER APPLIED FOR THE 2 GROUP OF INTER NOT EVEN A SINGLE TIME TILL DATE. NOW I WANT TO START MY CA. PL TELL ME WHETHER I AM ELIGIBLE FOR THE NOV 2008 EXAMS? WHAT IS MY STATUS IN THE CA COURSE? SIR PL CARIFY MY POSITION.

i have not got my id card as i have submitted my registration form in march , can i still take a transfer from present ca. my articleship started on 2 feb 08.

What are the new provisions regarding transfer from the articleship. is there any change ? can still we take transfer from the articleship with mututle consent? or is there any provisions coming in the future?

I have passed the C.A. final 1 group in May,1997. and did not attempt the second group.

Can anyone guide, If I can appear for the second group in November,2008/May,2009, and if so, what would be the applicable syllabus/curriculum for myself.
