What is escrew cheque? How it is different from other cheques?

I have passed the C.A. final 1 group in May,1997. and did not attempt the second group.

Can anyone guide, If I can appear for the second group in November,2008/May,2009, and if so, what would be the applicable syllabus/curriculum for myself.

i want to terminate my training which i completed more than 9 month and to join another firm, what are the requirement

Hello friends i have heard from some where that praveen sharma is no more a best teacher in final accounts i've already registered in his nov 08 batch and i m quite confused whether i will get
good score by taking class from him.plz advise

Can anyone explain me how to calculate the leave i have entitled ?
Can i take the credit for extra hours worked in the week & on sundays.

is it necessary to be in articleship while appearing in examination? i want to leave articleship after completeing 18 months in July08, to prepare for my PCC, as my C.A. would not allow me that much leave i wanted from him . After that i would again join articleship , but someone told me that i can't do it as you should be registered under someone while appearing in examination, so please help me what can i do?

Iam an article ,my articleship started on 5 jan 08, but i want to terminate my articleship because of heavy workload and excessive worktime. Can i terminate my articleship, i have yet not got my identity card.

which explain through charts, point wise presentation.
i have considered dinesh madan mics good one.any other book or notes.

I have been going through an articleship training since jan 2007 under this monster ca and ny office timing is 10 am to 10 pm. how do i get out from this situation? I also get threatens for back date transfers if i ask for one.
If i get a back date transfer from which date max. can he give me transfer?
