i want to terminate my training which i completed more than 9 month and to join another firm, what are the requirement

Take form-109 from the previous employer and fill all the details in the form-102 of new employer. Enter into fresh agreement in form -103 with the new employer. Send form109& form 102 to institution along with the old identity card.
