articleship transfer

15 April 2008 i have not got my id card as i have submitted my registration form in march , can i still take a transfer from present ca. my articleship started on 2 feb 08.

16 April 2008 I thick there is no need for waiting till receipt of id card u can proceed with the transfer process by enclosing the form 102 of the old employer.
