i am doing PCC. can any one suggest me that, whether we require to any other course along with ca. does it matters when u finish ur CA. if yes which course will be better with CA.

Why are the PCC students, who are unable to pass the PCC are still able to continue the articleship and be counted to be in articleship period and this would enable them to be advantageous position. While PEII students are made to wait for 1 year before getting eligibility for writing exam. If they are unable to clear that they have to wait for next 6 months. They are not eligible for articleship until they clear the PEII. And consequently their eligibility for final would also get effected.

My articleship timings in form are 01.30 to 07.30. Is these timings are according to provosion of ICAI or I have to change the timings. What can be the timings of articleship?

I have taken leave of 2 months additional to the allotted leave for 3 years. But during the four month leave that I had taken for exam even the public holidays in between those four months has been counted as leave.

Shall these public holidays be deducted while calculating leave?

During out-station audit I worked on public holidays as well which has not been accounted. Shall these count?

Hiiii, I hav tkn trnsfr & submittedtransfr form i.e. FOrm 109 & Form 103 on 29 jul 2008. Since then I havnt receivd any letter of confirmation of trnsfr from them. and also I hav tried to call at ICAI Vishvas Ngr. but they didnt attend the call. So wat shd I do.........????

An employee working in a Public Limited Company which have branches all over in India. Each branch has separate TAN Number and they deduct taxes & paid accordingly.

My question is :
During the financial year 2007-08, an employee working in Tamil Nadu branch for few months and rest of the months are working in Delhi branch. In such a case, how to furnish this employee information (Gross salary, deduction u/s.10 and 80, etc.,) in Annexure II in Form No.24 for fourth quarter.

Please clarify whether we have to furnish Form No.16 information for that employee in Delhi branch Annexure II only or we have to furnish Annexure II information for each branch for his working period separately.

I started my articleship on 15th March,2007. At that time I was pursuing B.com. My office timings was 01.30 to 07.30. But now my graduation has been completed. Is there any need to intimate the CA Institute about change in office timings.As per the announnecment of the CA Institute I have not under provision for filling form No,. 112. Now What should I do about my timings?
