hello mam/sir,

one of my frnd has cleared his exam in may 08 and want to join the campus. he has done first step on the site for entering his Roll no this sunday. a msg came that ur detail will send to ur e-mail id. but still any info has not received by him till now. he is unable to re-reg also.

what should he do?
plz help as time is flow like water.

In my salary structure I am getting in head of Books and Periodical. If I will submit books and periodical bills (related to my field). Can I get the exemption received in this head? If yes than any threshold limit for this exemption? For company point of you will this come under FBT Provision ?

Is it advisable to buy the book now?

i am doing my article for the past 1 year. i wanted to know is it possible to work under another CA with out taking transfer with the mutual consent of both CA. even though they are not partners in the same Firm and have different firm of their own. please help

There was a link on the official notification for the June 2009 CA Final exams saying that we can apply online on http://icaiexam.icai.org/

Could anyone please let me know what are the requirements to apply online (things I need to keep ready). I stay in Kuwait and was thinking of going to Dubai to apply for the exam. It would help me a lot if I could apply online from here itself.

Pls let me know wat is reclassification of shares?

Is there any specific definition of same provided under Act or any other law?

If we cancel unissued equity share capital and simultaneously create preference shares keeping authorised share capital unchanged. Will it amount to reclassification of shares?
