is it necessarry to state the case laws in examibnation?
especially in Company Law ( PCC )
is it enough if the relevant matter and relevant examples if any are provided.
am a bit better student in studies

one of my aims is to secure more than 70 in law. so am confused whateher relaevant case laws are mandatory.

so please reply clearly

IF ANY ONE HAS A SOLUTION OF NOV 2008 PCC EXAMINATION,PLZ PROVIDE ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE,

i get Rs 3000 pm as reimbursement towards Books and periodicals... now wherther
a) it is taxable in my hands..?
b) do i have to submit bills for that..?
c) Books can it be any thing as news paper, magazines bills etc..??
d) is company liable to Pay FBT over the same..?
e) if Bills are not submitted will i be taxed over such amount.?

i registered with icai 12 years back...as i was very sincere and hard working student ...and that hope came true when i cleared my ist group of intermediate ...and just loose my 2nd group for 12 marks...and dont kw y ...still i am trying to clear it ..and honestly working hard but cant able to clear it....y so...pls help me...and i am weak in info tech papper pls suggest a good book so that i can score good marks....am wooried that this may is the LAST CHANCE for pe2.....
