As per 102 deed of Articleship, my articleship period was already completed on 5th February 2009.But at the time of filling CERTIFICTE OF SERVICE (provisionally) before writing final exam; it has been mentioned as 29th April 2009.

My question is whether I can submit Form 108 (service certificate for articleship) and apply for membership before 29th April 2009 based on the credit of excess hours worked?

Or please suggest any other mode of getting my membership before 29th April 2009.

plz guide me on the foll issue:
i joined articleship on 15.01.2007 and was on leave till 30.4.2007,then i took leave again from 1.11.2007 till 31.1.2008,again for a period from 15.3.2008 to 30.4.2008 i was on leave and last from 1.10.2008 to 15.11.2009 i took leave for my pcc nov 2008 exams.
now i m regular with my training
so this makes 9 months of leaves during a period of 26 months ending on 15.3.2009.
however i went for training during my ITT classes for 1 month as reqd by pcc course;and this period is settled by my CA as a set off from my leaves.

my question is i want to take transfer from my present pricipal.
plz guide me when should i do that so that i remain elligible for my final exams which are due to b held in nov'2010.my articleship ends on 15.7.2010.
plz helf me out......

what is the percentage of PF, EPS & EDLI, the employer is liable to pay..
and also please specify the percentage of administration expenses....

Should we consider them to be the working days?

Ours is a private Limited Company . We have given unescured loan to one of our Group company which is a public limited company .Is it require a board resolution ?

I have cleared my pcc exams in nov,08.
and presently got the registration letter for final saying that i am eligible to give the exam at the earliest date after 2.5 yrs as article. as i am registered in april,07, i wanted to get it confirmed whether we are eligible to give final in nov,09.

As we were earlier informed that we are eligible after 3.5 yrs we are not sure that if we can give it in this nov.
