One of my friend has appeared in PEII in May 2007 and got exemption in one subject (Account) in First group. Now, since then he could not clear the other two subjects in first group.

According to me, his exemption in account will be withdrawn in June 2009 as three attempts are completed from May 2007.

Am I right? Please comment.

can any body send me required ammedments and new case laws for June 2009 Final examinations for both the groups, particularly for the 2nd group.

I am a C.A. final student doing myarticleship in a firm. Currently I hv taken the transfer from my previous firm. In the previous firm I had taken 34 days leave for studying C.S. exam in 1o months training period.I want to know that if that leve is considered as actual leave taken then can I claim it that leave as paid leave as considered for C.A. exam leave?

how to start PCC studies i mean which subject to take first.both groups ma attempt is nov2009.m in tension hav not started ma own studies.not understandin how to start with,and how to prepare,how much hrs,i m in sybcom.pls give me some idea,hav to clear pcc in first attempt only.next month is ma ITT.
