hey friendz,
i m right now CA final student and my final attempt is due in nov 2010.
Right now i m in TYbcom so at this moment i cant apply for CS admission as v r eligible for only one additional course at a time. After my TYBcom Exams in this March, ill be able to start with CS course.
Can you tell me exactly what is the procedure to get registered for CS course?
will i get exemption for CS foundation?
i want to appear for CS inter Exams due in Dec 2009..

I AM WORKING IN A SMALL FIRM IN MUMBAI SINCE DEC 2007. I WILL APPEAR FOR PCC IN NOV 09. I AM FEDUP OF QUALITY OF WORK WHICH I GET. I HAVE BEEN DOING THE SAME WORK WHICH I USED TO DO SIX MONTHS BEFORE.
I DONOT THINK CONTINUING ARTICLESHIP AFTER PCC WILL GIVE ME BETTER PROSPECTS ONCE I CLEAR CA FINAL.

I HAVE PLANNED TO WORK IN A BIG FIRM AFTER PCC. I HAVE GOOD COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE AND ENGLISH IS ALSO GOOD.

WIL I GET ARTICLESHIP IN ANY BIG FIRM. AM I RIGHT IN MY DECISION?. PLEASE ADVICE ME & ALSO GIVE ME SOME TIPS WHAT WILL BE JOB PROSPECTS IN A BIG FIRM. WAITING URGENTLY...............

I had registered under a CA for articleship on 24/11/08. Just 3-4 days back i.e on 17/03/2009 i got a letter from ICAI stating that the Certificate of Practice of my CA has been cancelled w.e.f. 01/10/2008. When he contacted ICAI....it was known that he had paid membership fees 3 years in advance and after the 2nd year there was some hike in membership fees.....the different amount went into arrears for which the COP was cancelled. He immediately paid the fees and the relevant formalities were completed and his COP was restored.....




My question is that whether i would be given credit now for my four months of articeship till now??

I am offlet being observing that G shekar book is recommended for ca final direct tax subject. Would anyone suggest is that a good book to refer to , I have always being referring Manoharan.

Dear All,

I want to know when shall i be eligible for appear in final exams. I had passed PCC in this January 09. My articleship will over on Oct 10.

There is some confusion regarding my attempt. Would it be May'10 or NOv'10. Please clarify me as earlier it was that we can give final after completion of articleship but later a notification had issued that we can give in last 6 months of articleship. So, please clarify me when can i give my final exams.

i heard from somewhere that 1page would be enough in theroy subjects and so is it true that examiner give marks even if we write point to point and try to give so much explanation that we could atleast write one page and also there r many answers which r more than 2 pages having more than 10 points so can we write for eg. 5points for 5 marks answers and then also examiner will give us marks or does he want us to cover maximum points.
