i joined in artices... by sending form 103.. i got the id card and letter of articles registration.. after that i took the termination.. again joined in articles taking by some gap.. now i sended form 103 and old id card and new id card.. but i did not got the id card and registration letter.. but the CA got his copy of letter.. is there any problem to me..

No problem actually I have also taken transfer and i got my ID card one month after the exam date.
for safety do the follwing two things
1.mail to ICAI demaning a duplicate registration letter
2. get a xeorx of registration letter reached to ur employer.
trust me these are the highest limit of precaution .
