Sir i am a PCC student.
I have already taken termination from my firm from 24th,march but i have not yet sent the documents & forms to the institute.

In the mid-time ICAI has imposed rules regarding TERMINATION/TRANSFERE..


so what shall i do now??
really sir am in serious agony for this,

Vat is being charged at the rates of 12.5%, 4% & and even 1% sometimes

is there any classification regarding those rates applicable for a specific type of goods
like so and so goods have to be charged at the rate of 12.5% or 4 or 1

I did Articelship 15 month (from 01.02.07 to 30.04.08 )

Can i convret to ipcc from pcc?
It's possible means , what happen my 15 month articelship, it is carry forward (or) not.

What is the procedure for convert to ipcc?

I am doing IPCC after pasing CPT. Do I need to take permision for doing CS course or may I directly registered for CS foudation Course in my own will. Is Form No. 112 also applicable for those who are not enrolled for Articled assistant like in PCC( for those students doing Integreted Proffessional Competency Course after passing CPT).
Please clarify regarding the same.

Purchsed Raw material without excise duty as the supplier turnover does not exceed Rs.1.5 corores.But later the supplier has registerd with dept. and paid the ED for all the invoices. Now the supplier ask us to pay the ED by providing supplementary invoices (only ED amount).

Kinldy clarify whether we can take the cenvat creidt on the basis of supplementry invocies.

When i called the ICAI office Chennai,they asked me to write a letter with my registration number to srobos@icai.org. but i dont have it now. what should i do?
