Whether yoga classes conducted by an individual is a professional services.? If so, whether Payment made towards such Yoga classes by a company for its employees is subject to deduction of TDS u\s 194J.?

yes TDS need to be deducted on payment to Yoga classes U/s 194J

I THINK TDS SHOULD BE DEDUCTED ON THE SAME

No, No TDS is to be deducted for yoga classes as the same will not come under 194J. If need any furthure clarfication do let me know.
