i hv a doubt related to incidental exp which is as follows....

A car has been purchased in the name of XYZ Co... Whether incidental expenses such as Registration chrgs, road tax etc are to be CAPITALISED?????Whether depre should be provided??????

I'm appearing for PCE June 2009 attempt and have applied for both the groups. However due to some reasons i'm going to appear for only one group. I wanted to know rhat if i appear for just 1 group, what are the implications? I mean somebody told me that i won't even be eligible for exemption in any of the first group subjects. Is it True???

DEAR SIR,
I have got my 109 singed on 23.03.2009 and where i will be re-register he is giving me the date of 18.04.2009. After the annoucement can i get myself re-register to another ca on 18.04.2009. if no, then what i have to do????? I have already left my previous office and the sit's are full under my previous employer. This is my position right now. What i can do...

I completed my CA final Group II in May 2001. I am contemplating to give the other group in november 2009. I am told that the syllabus is about to change and that Nov 09 is the last attempt, failing which we need to appear for both groups. Please clarify.
