sir i have terminated my articles as on 30.04.09 based upon the extension notification.(15.5.09)from chennai.i hav 8 months service pending now.i hav reregistered with another firm as on 4.5.09 at my hometown in calicut. now institute has issued new notification as on 19.5.09 dated 27.3.09 in which termination is not allowed in last 12 months. i hav not submitted my 109 & 103 in the institute. whether my termination and reregistration will be inavalid now?
if i take my 109 back dated as on 26.3.09 can i submit my records now? please advice.

can any one tell me if a person is enrolled in Intermediate on the basis of their graduation and completed his/her articleship, after coversion in pcc in june 2009 is it compulsory to complete 3months articleship and 100hrs of it training.

please tell me how to study....
i am completed my all tutions....
but i am not stating my study properly...
i used following books for study
Acocunt - modules & my tution material for problems & theory
Audit - padhuka prakashan, compilation
Law - padhuka prakashan, compilation
cost & FM - tution material, padhuka prakashan, compilation
Taxation - only Bharat prakashans written by gupta ahuja

so please tell me this books are sufficient for studies...
or can i complete my study in remaining 5 months...if yes then please tell me the way of proper study like time table please....

I am PE2 Student Cleared my group-2 . i have joined PE2 based on my graduation.

Can anyone tell me as to what happenes when some one could not clear PE2 this attempt ... as in my case i have cleared GR2 ... hence what will happen if they ask me to convert to IPCC , Or can we convert to PCC ... when will the articalship starts ... who is the right person to approch , i Have also completed 100 hrs of ITT .

plz let me know about the pcc marking scheme.... mainly provisions related to set-off of marks .....

one of my fren told me that set off is available only in 2nd group.... is it true?

is it mean that if 2nd grp total marks is 120 { passing marks in all 3 papers } but 1st grp marks in total is 180+ .... then also a person will declare pass....

is vice versa is also applicable or not....

I am a student of CA FINAL. My exam will be due on November/December 2010. which Finance Act will be Applicable to me for direct and indirect tax,since Interim budget has not brought any mjor change in tax law, whether Fiance Act 2008 will be applicable to me or I have to wait for Fiance act 2010?
