In case if some item of stock is distributed free then it is required to deduct cost of free distributed items from overall cost or to be part of overall cost as normal items.....

What will be applicable for CA Final old course June 2009 exams, SA or AAS ?

I belongs to Manipur, was registered for
IPCC in the Eastern India Regional Council,
(EIRC). But, presently I am going for Coaching in Delhi. And I wish to give my IPCC
Exam, in Delhi itself. So I want to know whether it is allowable to appear in any regional Centres or shall I have to take prior approval from ICAI(EIRC) to appear IPCC Exam in Delhi . If so what are the formalities . Please Clarify.

Training Strated = 7 Dec 07
Training Completed till date= 7 Dec 07 to 6 May 09 (18 months - 50 leaves = 16 months)
Institute Requirment = 15 Months

what is the quorum for a class meeting of preference shareholders?

Is it "5 members present in person or proxy" or even a single member having proxies of all the shareholders constitute a qourum?

What if there is only one member holding all the shares?
