after the recent amendmends brought up by icai regarding transfer of articleship now suppose i want to take transfer then how do i proceed? (i want to take transfer in the same city)there are any other genuine reasons which can allow me to take transfer in the same city. should i approach icai regarding the same

I have got my termination form 109 signed on
30.04.2009.i have not yet submitted 109 form.
If I take Article ship in another city,and submit my form 109 & 103 together in the institute will it be accepted? though my parents are not shifting there.
what documents i have to submit along with form to get my article ship approved .

So i wanted the list of important questions for information technology for this June exam.

CPT Cleared = Nov 07
PCC Attempt = Nov 09
Training Strated = 7 Dec 07
Training Completed till date= 7 Dec 07 to 6 May 09 (18 months - 50 leaves = 16 months)
Institute Requirment = 15 Months

My question is "Can i take termination (not transfer)from articleship. after termination will i eligible to take PCC exams in Nov 09 ? This is all because i m not getting sufficient leaves.

MY ATTEMPT FOR PCC IS IN NOV09. I HAVE STUDIED ONLY ONE CHAPTER OF LAW(CO.ACT)FROM MODULE. I FOUND IT TOO LENGTHY TO REVISE.

There is a confusion over a person who is a CPA, IS he eligbile to become member of ICAI?. If so, the notification also pls forward. Have been trying to get it from Institute site, not able to succeed.
