Is coaching for final DT necessary?

I have gone 2 dt classes but didnt find worth.not worth means i attended his classes in pe 2 nd for this time he gave the same volume and same explanation.
so i thought better i go for self study.

So please suggest me is my decision right and plz also suggest me which author book to follow?

Reappear in CPT

Sir,

I aooeared in Jun'09 CPT paper-pencil exam but couldn't qualify. Can I appear in Dec'09 CPT exam (either online or paper-pencil)?

Deduction of group insurance mediclaim premium

My employer is providing me free health insurance cover through group mediclaim policy. My employer pays 100% premium for the health insurance of the employee, but for if you wish to include family members you have to pay premium for your own. in this current fin yr 2009-10 rs 12000 deducted from my salary towards additional coverage & for inclusion family (spouse & child) coverage. Please advice in this case the amount will be claimable under Section 80D for my individual tax computation.

Reduction of period of articleship

Is it true that for those under PCC scheme, the period of articleship will be reduced from 3.5yrs to 3yrs?
