and i also want to know that any leaves i have taken for my CA exams are elligible for my total leaves available during the articleship.

1.can any one tell me whether entering into practice before completing ca final is worthy?
2. one of my wellwisher has completed CA and in practise for 3 yrs. He is insisting me to join him as his partner on gentleman agreements.iam now pursuing my ca final new course and my 1st attempt stands on nov09 and iam interested in practising. what would be a best decision?

i have terminated on 06-03-09 (actual date), and i have sent form no 103 shawing that i have teminated on 26-03-09 by using white liuid on termination date colomn.
insitute sent letter to both , me and my CA asking exact date of termination on 15-06-09.but i can not respond.
my ca gave reply to institute that termination date 06-03-09 (actual termination date.) but i falsly increased by 20 days .this happen by me to avoid the gap in period
what should do in this case i m in cofusion
what appropriate reply should be given

Plz provide me a Board Resolution Regarding Transfer of Shares.

I registered with the CA on 14.02.2009 for the article of balance period of 19 months. I am registered with old syllabus. Institute sent the notice dt. 30.06.2009 to take fresh articleship with another eligible practicing CA. So I want to know..
1- What options do i have now?
2. whether the period of 5 months articleship with this CA will be counted as articleship.
3. If this peroid is conunted then my CA Final exam would be delayed, in that case what options do i have so that i can give the final exams in this nov.

Article ship started with previous CA from 17.09.2007 and took transfer on 13.02.2009.
from 14.02.2009 till the date with this CA, who has already been registered more than 10 articles with him.

Please suggest? Its urgent
