Whether her exemption disqualified?

Please solve my following query
I want to know regarding religious/charitable trust. Can we capitalised expenses made for making new 1 floor building. As i heard that in charitable trust we cannot capitalised capital expenditure we have to claim whole expenditure in income and expenditure account. So could you please guide me regarding these. If we cannot capitalised then in which head we should make an entry

i have passd 1 group in jun 09 attempt. i have sent exam form this time for nov. 09 attempt, but forgot to sign on declaration in form no. B, but i have filled all other formalities perfectly.... can anyone tell me wat should i do.... i have called ICAI but no one is picking up the phone. plz plz reply n solve my query... mera attempt to nh jayega na...
