Can the IT return be revised after reciept of intimation U/S 143(1) of the income tax act? The revision is just a disclosure of information and has no bearing on the tax amount which remains unchangd!

1. Can a company be a partner in a partnership firm ?



2. Can a company enters in to a contract with its directors to form a Partnership Firm ?



3. If yes then Can that company receive partner remuneration from the firm ?

I have a relative who is a graduate and has 5-6 years experience in accounts. She wants to go for CA course for better prospects. She wants to know if there is any relief for such people like there was an exemption from PE 1 examination. Will she have to appear for CPT Exams and further the articleship period as specified in the course.

I am taking coaching of SFM subject for CA Final from CA Rajiv Sir. But i am not able to build confidence in this subject may be because it's new in Final & was not there in CA PCC. SO please tell me which book should i prefer in addition to my classes for concept clarity as well as Question practice ? Is this right approach to follow other book. Or i should refer only class notes & Rajiv Sir's buk only.
