I cleared my CA Inter in 1997 thereafter I couldn't able to sit in the Final Exam because of job.

Now my age is 40 yrs. Can I join again or shall i quit forever.

My Principal has joined job in an mnc while continuing to hold cop without the permission of the institute , can he do so and is it a valid ground for me to take transfer??? as now it troubles a lot for me as well as my two other fellow articles
now all responsibility comes on us of day to day affairs and we are not able to concentrate on our studies and has created undue tension in our minds.

I think it is a professional misconduct on his part
what should i do as i dont want any disputes but we are fed up dealing with all this...

i am appearing for CA final examination to be held in May'11. i hav'nt taken Vinod Gupta Coaching classes for ammendment applicable for may exam. Should i take satalite classes or else i can prepare it through getting VG sir ammendment module available in market?

I secured exemtion (Accounting, GroupI ) In May2010 Exam and ALSO SECURE EXEMPTION (advance accountancy, Group II) in November2010............

Ca. Shriyans jain says that Both Exemption Is valid And Carriable
But Ca.S bardhan (Exutive Member kolkata) Says than Only One Exemtion Is Valid With your coice ...
