I need a help..

My friend in CA Final get 63 marks in IDT in May-10 exam.

so he claim exemption in next exam i.e. in Nov-10 Examination.

in Nov-10 Examination He got 64 in MICS.

As per rules he cant claim both Exemption as its not in the same exams.

so for the May-11 Examination he claimed the MICS as exemption and didnt claim IDT exemption.

is it that ok na??
Because he claim only one exemption.
Please help ...

Further I have completed my all the work which my employer entrusted to me.
Plz. its so urgent I want to sign form 108
One more thing is that, I have an extension training of 4 months, Can I do it under another employer.

In case of CENVAT. A person is having a tax credit of 6000. If he closes his business is it possible to get refund??

2. If he discontinues the business without giving intimation to the department and after 6 month or 1 year he wants to do the same business. is it possible to take the credit again???

hi . . .I have completed B.Com.Recently there is an announcement in icai website that students having completed B.com with minimum 55% score need not to take up c p t and they have direct entrance for articleship.I have written June c p t and waiting for results. .so plz tell me whether I too have c p t exemption.I have 89% in B.com.

I started my articleship of three years on 01/09/2011 and now i want to take transfer. i have already took about 97 days of leave so can you help me to calculate how many days of leaves are still available to me for my final exam my attempt is in Nov'12.
Also i have worked in a week more than 50 hours and also on sundays . So please help me whether as per ICAI these extra hours/days can be utilized for setoff of leaves and can be used for reduction of leaves taken.
