18 July 2011 Hi Experts,,,

My training was ended on 14th July 2011, and my employer given a new assignment to me, Is I am responsible for this new assignment.
Further I have completed my all the work which my employer entrusted to me.
Plz. its so urgent I want to sign form 108
One more thing is that, I have an extension training of 4 months, Can I do it under another employer.

Plz. Plz.. clearify my concern

18 July 2011 You can serve the extension under another employer. Regarding about accepting this assignment, you are not bound to do this work, however, depending upon the mutual terms you should decide whether or not to do the new assignment. You can get the form 108 signed. There should not be any problem.
