Situation :

There is a mess which is managed by students. Till now there was each and everything was illegal and now they want to make such illegal thing into legal so I consult them to form a co-operative society.... because they do not want to pay any tax, is it ok with co-operative society or there should be trust or company u/s 25 ? The net turnover is more than 3crore They first collect all money from students and such money is spend on them only i.e. there is no profit in short there is mutuality concept. My further question is whether service tax is applicable or VAT is applicable or none ??? If yes, is there any way to escape from these taxes ?? Employees are more than 60. Which other acts/taxes are applicable here ??

Hi, pls any1 help. I applied termination on gounds of conversion and I got approved termination too but didnt get service certificate hen i enquired institute dey asked me to get revised 109, to update termination status. I begged literally to get termination from my principle for his consent. Now again if i go n ask for 109 revised sure he wont give.Is ter any other possibility pls respond urgent...

can we directly enroll ourself for IPCC for May 2012 , if we are commerce graduate ?

Is there any notification or announcement made by Institute?

What Kind of other training as like computer training , orientation programme etc are required at each stage i.e before IPCC & Final Exam & after the final exam.please explain me .

In the articleship there is industrial traning, whether it is included in the three years period of articleship, please explain.
